Charging Options

1. Standard portable charging cable: 

• The Mitsubishi i includes a convenient, portable charging cable that plugs into a standard 120V household outlet
• From empty, the 120V charging method gives you a nice, full battery in about 22.5 hours
• It's important to make sure that outlet is rated for at least 15 amperes

2. Optional Home Charging Dock:

• 240V wall-mounted quick-charger gives you a full charge in just 7 hours
• Essentially, the 240V charger is your personal "fueling" station
• This is our recommendation for fast and convenient home charging

3. Public Quick Charge Port:

• our Mitsubishi i can be equipped with an optional public quick-charger port on the driver's side of the car
• This port accepts the ultra-efficient public chargers (CHAdeMO protocol - Level 3)
• Deliver an 80% charge in as little as 30 minutes.
